  • Dipping your foot in brandy!!

I have just heard this suggestion? Apart from spontaneously combusting does anyone know anyone that's done such a thing?

Might spice up a Hamlet and remove your eyebrows in one fell swoop.

No. But there's sure to be a twat or two out there somewhere.
If you want to, you can.

Well nope. But i do dip the cap in whiskey now and then before a draw . It cools the smokes sometimes which is quite nice after te 3rd 3rd
Some othertimes, i have tobacco leaves which i dampen with some scotch to flavour some of my RYJ#2. I'm still experimenting with flavouring the cheap #2s I've got around here......

Didn't Winston Churchill use to do this?

Personally I wouldn't try it, I'm surprised it doesn't completely destroy the cigar

Actually, seeing how my tobacco flavouring goes, you could let it dry before lighting it. At least to make the flammable vapours go away so you can light the stick without having to register it as a bomb.

Apparently he did Sheppsea, that's what brought up the conversation today with a colleague.

You'd feel a proper puddin if your stick went all soggy and wouldn't light haha

My feet smell too bad to ruin a fine liqueur with. Besides, it makes my socks wet.

Use some cheap Italian peach/ cherry brandy then
                      Good for the bunions!

Those who dip the foot of the cigar in brandy should be herded with those who add ice to whiskey

I was gonna justify it by saying Churchill did it. But thats gonna open gates to justifying clint eastwooding your cigars... And we know fron CigarSam's baseball player video that does NOT work.
