  • H Upmann Petit Corona

Never had one of these before. I bought two, and when they've gone I'll not be buying anymore.
They're just crap - ash falls of at 1/2", flavour is dull and uninspiring...
Burn is good and draw is ok, but if I bought my cigars on the accuracy of the burn and how they draw I'd buy cigarettes.
Very disappointing. Anyone had good results from these jobbies?

I'm having a hard time with the Upmann brand, they just don't do it for me at the moment...hopefully things will change...

andy (bigboned) gifted me a couple of these before xmas..... and they were great!! typical upmann profile, mild to medium, creamy! then again, i am partial to h upmann's!! i had considered buying a box, but other than the bolivar petite corona, i don't like this size at all!!

To my mind these are the sort of cigar you buy these days from Waitrose or other mainstream outlets, when caught short without anything else to smoke. It's in the 70's rating for me, below a good Monte No4. But don't judge the whole H.Upmann brand buy the cheaper vitola, try the No2 or No1, excellent smokes

What Simon says! No 2 is excellent, haven't had enough 1's but I suspect I'd love them.

Simon does this mean you rate the number 4 around a 70 too?

I remember my first Upmann put me off the brand for ages. I think, again, it was a small stick from an 'offy, that just didn't go down well at the time.

That's queer! It was a H. Upmann that got me on the puro many moons ago (a Petit Corona, as I recall)

Been sucking 'em down ever since.

Actually, they're half coronas. Nevertheless, they're very crap.
