Was in Brussels last year for the F1 and there is a good Davidoff shop near the city centre and about five minutes from one of the main underground stations.Pricey shop, but a good selection.

Sounds interesting Mr. Whisk. Sadly, I'm only going to be able to foray just over the border. Found this place though

I've been in that one with Giga a few years ago and staff were a bit haughty with us so we just left. I was fairly new to cigars at the time and felt a bit let-down by the experience. We found a magic shop nearby ..the name escapes me but I'll check and post when I get to a computer

Casa Fuente at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace is a great place, very good selection of Cuban rums, the Mojito's are very good too, good selection of the upper end NC's - Opus X etc (although I smoke me own puro's when there) you can then visit ceasars shop which sell pre-embargo cubans! - didn't see the pre-embargo's last time at ceasars, will check em out and take a few snaps end of june

There's a decent cigar shop in Dunkerque, cj.
I used to take the cheap Eurostar crossings from Folkestone before it all went normally priced. And the Ramsgate-Dunkerque boats. It cost something like ?20 for a late afternoon depart and a midnight retour.
Can't remember the name of it, but it was easier to use it than to go to London. I saved by going to France!

When I was in NY a few years ago I tried out a couple of different cigars lounges. Firstly Nat Sherman's, which was a ledgendary shop and lounge was beautiful, a great shop down stairs and a lovely lounge upstairs were you could sit inside the humidor and chat with people. Nat Sherman has now moved his store across the street on 5th Avenue, it's now bigger but apparently the lounge is members only which is a bit crap!

Also visited one of the Davidoff stores which was great as well as JR Cigars, just up from Nat Shermans on 5th Avenue. JR Cigars is not a lounge as such but it was great standing around the store chating with New Yorkers. Also JR Cigars claims to be the biggest cigar store in the world and why would I doubt that because it's f**king huge, over two floors.

Anyway, will be in Vegas/Hawaii in September and New York again just before christmas and will no doubt be checking out a couple of different ones which I can report on if your project isn't finished by then.

The Cigar Tower in Budapest is cool and the staff are great. The prices are fixed by the government in Hungary and aren't great. It's also supposed to be the most eastern cigar shop in Europe according to the staff. Don't really know how impressive that is as a claim. The food in Hungary is very chewy!

Budapest is not the most eastern city ineurope to have a cuban cigar shop, there is 2 in Belgrade in Republic of Serbia which is even more easterly:

I will be going there in the summer so will let you lot know what its like. And the food is not chewy but I wouldn't recommend it for a vegiterian!

The SIX shop is in De Panne, Belgium, about twenty minutes over the French border (which doesn't seem to exist anyhow).
