Current rate is around the ?193 mark a kilo for excise duty on tobacco, plus import duty, plus UK VAT on the whole lot. And... Royal Mail's handling fee.......
But as Puff has indicated, you might want to read the rules.

Of course, if you paid the duty (Excise and import) and the VAT and the Royal Mail handling charge, your purchase would be legitimate. However, I understand that discussion about non UK suppliers is also excluded on this Forum.
