I am smoking a BH toro at the mo its ok , i had the corona larga last night it was again ok but the mighty mighty is far better. I wanted to try the other BH cigars so got a sampler box it has a churchill, corona larga, toro and robusto all presented in a gift box. Have the robusto left to try.

      Humidity's Rising!

I guess that's one way of doing it, but between you and me and the fine folks of this forum, it's seems a bit odd to have to use different humidors for different gauge sticks.
I'd be interested to know if doing so corrects the humidity fluctuation in your desk-top unit,

Well, as I said before, chico, after your larger sticks "soak up" the humidity and the levels return to 65% or above, I don't believe the slight difference in the humidity levels shown within your unit will cause any noticeable problems.

But then again....I know what's its like to be a perfectionist about humidity levels
....so whatever floats your boat, muchacho.

Hey el P! The humidity dropped to 62% after he added his big sticks, which is a bit too low, don't you agree?

(Hurumph!) Yes, yes...I agree, blu-balls, but I'm certain the South.... errr, I mean, humidity, will rise again!

The Brickhouse Mighty Mighty is a good nc cigar, huge with quite some flavour, only thing is, i would move them away from the cubans, as they smell quite strong of ammonia...

im no expert at all but I think if you put some more beads in and give it a couple of weeks it might sort itself out, I have changed it to the mighty mighty on my 2013 list that seems to be the best bh from what your saying.

Its funny but the more I smoke the less I care about the exact humidity.

I aim for low 60's for my tuppers (for ageing) and mid 60's for my desktops (for smoking). As long as I am in those ballparks I never sweat a few % here and there.

I have to agree with that..exact humidity at the bottom end makes no difference in my experience the top end 70 + is where you start to get smoking & storage problems..
Only trouble being, because those "in the know" say 65-65 everyone's gone a bit anal in maintaining those precise temps & RH's spot on at every minute of the day ....reasonable stability is want you want....I say more patience & less fretting...
