double claro

I got 3 cigars this week and one of them (Rafael Gonzales Lonsdale) looked a little green so I tried to find out if that was normal, anyway I failed at that but while searching I came across these,http://www.stogiereview.com/2012/03/...e-claro-no-42/ and I have never seen anything like them, I thought you would only get a green or claro cigar in the country of manufacture or on the set of columbo! has anyone tried anything like these?

Have tried a couple of different 'green wrappers'...loads of American cigars were green back in the day.... they just became less popular & faded out.

I have heard of them and read about them but never smoked one, maybe my slightly green Rafael Gonzales will give me an idea what they are like.

Rafael Gonzalez Lonsdales were discontinued in 2006, they are damn good smokes, i have my eye on a few or maybe even a box, if funds allow...

I am quite fond of the entire LFD line.

With the exception of the Claro. Don't know if it's psychological or real, but to me it tastes "green."
