  • Hoyo de Monterrey or Hoyo de Monterrey?

Has anyone tried a Hoyo from Honduras?
Any chance of clarifying if it is made by the same company and if they are anywhere near as good as their Cuban counterpart?

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

Nah certainly not. The brands were all sold off for non Cuban use sometime ago, they have nothing to do with the Cuban brands. Sorry!

? I think you mean from your trip the the USA. The other way around would be like buying very expensive coal and taking it to Newcastle.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

Some of the names were taken by the original owners after escaping the revolution, though as far as I know all have since been sold to large corporations.

As for what NC's to get from the states try feunte; Hemingway (short story's, work of art maduro), anjeo, opusx(need a couple of years). Liga Privada No9 or T52, oliva Vs or padron anniversary series.

Or........?50 will get you these eight ........USA friendly cigars.

The unbanded one at the end is a Macanudo Maduro Diplomat.

All cigars have at least 10 years age on them.
If you got 'em, smoke 'em !

Everyone apart from the Hemingway will have Churchill or Toro/double toro sizes.
