I recently, returned 10 cuban cigars back to my retailer, due to draw issues and split wrappers. I found 2 that had split wrappers, probably due to bad storage, 4 RA Extra, which were so tight, it was like sucking a steak through a straw when i attempted to smoke one. I put the rest aside as they were tighter than the one i had tried to smoke, in addition i had 4 other singles, i knew would give me problems, tight spots, rolls etc....
Having spent huge amounts of money with them, this was there reply....
Unfortunately we will be sending these cigars back to you. After discussing the situation with the owner, he feels that you are returning far too many cigars, which is costing us in the end.
We have all explained to you in the past, that it is very common with cuban cigars to have plugs. This is the reason there are tools for cigars to remedy this situation.
Are they f*****g serious??
In addition to this they said if you return anything, they must be whole boxes.
How do i do that when i bought singles and loose 5 packs??
The thing is, all of what i returned except one stick, a Monte No2 from a box of 10, were single purchases, which there idiot staff picked out, packed and sent to me.
Arrggghhh...
