My large humidor (kept in my shed) is running at about 74% humidity at present because it's warm and damp outside I suspect.
I pulled a couple of hand rolled cigars out yesterday to take for an autumnal walk with a friend, and I'm regretting not letting them dry out for 3 - 4 days.
While they were OK they were difficult to keep alight, the amount of smoke was reduced and the last 1/3 was very strong as the whole cigar got damper.
I've made a mental not to dry box my humidified cigars before I smoke them in future and to turn down the humidity for the autumn.
