As a new member of this fine forum , I was fortunate enough to have been recommended G.GARS LTD as a quality online retail shop.
As A result of this ,I placed my first order with them on Thursday morning the 25th October 2012. How shocked yet very pleased was I when my order arrived before midday this morning Friday the 26th October ! I hadn't requested next day delivery ,yet next day they did arrived, very well packed and with a couple of nice touches thrown in, ie, free boxes of matches and sweets.
This is customer care of the highest order and as a result have a made a customer for life, and one I shall recommend to friends and colleagues.
Excuse the ramble, just felt it needed saying, and thanks you forum sages for putting me onto them.
