UK Duty

Hey guys, any ideas how import duty is calculated in the UK (for cigars at least), different places give different information, and I may be being a bit dumb on the matter.

Ah brilliant! I'll check that out.

The reason I ask is that I've just ordered 35 cigars from abroad, and got stung with a ?63.12 customs charge (inc the ?8 "handling charge" by royal fail), so wanting to make sure things were all correct before dishing out the extra cash.
