I've had the Fuerte Maduros and thought they weren't too bad for the price. They're nowhere near as complex as Cubans but I used to think of them an ok smoke for when you're mowing the lawn, walking the dog, etc. But I went off them after having a few that tasted of petrol (yes, petrol! ) I haven't touched them since.

I'm afraid I can't offer anything from experience but certainly the consensus of the reviews I've seen seems to be that they're a very passable, anytime "cheap & cheerful""The most futile and disastrous day seems well spent when it is reviewed through the blue, fragrant smoke of a Havana cigar."
