While looking at cigar porn this morning OK looking and reading review I came across Cigar Terminology that one is not listed but I'm unsure what it means "box pressed" is this a mould or is the tobacco pressed like paper to form a thickness and to get rid off excess water ??

This is when cigars are put into the box they will be sold in (but it?s ever so slightly too small for the circumference of the cigar) and the action of closing the box tightly presses the cigars. This gives them a ?squarer? profile as opposed to a circular profile.
Much like getting a sandwich roll and squishing it into a lunchbox - when you take it out the top will be flat.
