Oliva Serie V

Has anyone tired the Oliva Serie V.? This is my favourite cigar even more so than Cohiba if so what do you think of it?

They are ok as non cubans go. Nothing on cohibas though! I prefer the serie g.

I really enjoy them one of my fave NC. Lots of spice yes but it also has lots of sweetness kinda like chilli jam, yum....

They're definitely one of my favourite NCs - plenty of spicy flavour and always perfectly constructed. They're as good as a lot of Cubans IMO.

Ditto Crusse, though I would always choose the Lancero, they seem to have the best flavour of the range.......right time to get another box

I support the lovers. I have only ever had the torpedo though. Wanting to try others in the range to see if the flavours vary.

the special figurado is a beautiful size and shape, I got nearly 2 hours out of mine.

I too am a lover of the Serie V. One of my favourite NCs for sure.

I like the change from the 'subtlety' I often get from Cubans, with the oliva v it's like a smack in the face....a good smack!

The thing with the Lancero is that the Oliva V serie gets alot of it's flavour from the binder and the wrapper, so as the lanvero has a great deal more wrapper and binder in ratio to the filler the spiceiness is awesome.

I had the lancero a couple of months ago. It was a nice smoke with a kick, not sure if I would have another. Think I have a robustbo in the humi, might have to give it a go!
