I love smoking when I'm taking a ride with the top down:

Of course, when it's cold or rainy, I just go to the local B & M and smoke and drink with friends in their lounge.

I have always preferred smoking outside (well in the summer atleast)
But fortunately I have a timber office at the end of the garden. My PC is down there, along with a cabinet humi, and a wine cooler under the desk.
If the world ended I could survive in there I think.
