I'd just like to thank C.Gars for the speedy replacement of my Csonka Air Purifier. After about a year of use it decided to have a smoke of it's own one night. I'm not sure what was wrong with it but I turned it off and the next day I spoke to a very helpful person at C.Gars.
Much to my suprise all was sorted out within a minute and I had a new air purifier on the way as a replacement. I must admit I was rather shocked. I'm used to waiting for hours and jumping through hoops before being told "I'm sorry we don't sell that model anymore, would you like a coupon?" or "Are you sure you bought it from us I can't seem to find and reciepts!" etcetera, etcetera.
I recieved my replacement today and would like to thank C.Gars here on the forum and reccomend to all others thinking of purchasing a Csonka Air Purifier to buy it from C.Gars.
The purifier worked perfectly and without noise until it produced smoke one night. It may have been nothing more than a dead insect that got inside however I always prefer to err on the side of caution. Which is why I bought it from a reputable source,
