Last week I was passing through Heathrow T5 and, as I always do, dropped into the cigar shop and picked up a couple of tubed cigars and a 5 pack of MC Puritos. My question is, how long will these cigars last without having to go into the humidor?
I always like to have a cigar in my briefcase, and I have read that in theory, and as long as they have never been opened, a tubed cigar is effectively in its own humidor and should last a long time. Is this true?
Also, are the Puritos 'dry' cigars, and therefore do not require humidification?
Many thanks for any guidance.
