How dissapointing

What a disapointment when i got home tonight. I have had a very slow and boring day at work and have spent all afternoon looking forward to going home and getting my first Cuban smokes in the mail. Was expecting to find them waiting through the letter box. How frustrating only to find a missed delivery card from the postman as they needed signing for, not the end of the world i will just go and collect them. Started to read the card and the depot is only open 8.30am-12.30pm everyday which is just useless for people who work. Now what should i do? I have one more Henry Wintermanns i could smoke and make do or should i just be patiant and wait for tomorrow?

I find that cigars appreciate a little rest in the humi after travelling. Not what you want to hear Cable but if you can rest them for a week or so they will reward you

Well slight problem in that i dont yet own a humi, in the mean time whats the best way i can keep the in the best way? I will smoke one tomorrow and ration myself the rest

Waitrose sell cuban tubes and minis. If you are desperate they are ok.

Waitrose have sold Punch Punchs in tubos before and the Punch Coronations. Not sure what else but Bolivar ring a bell, not sure which tubo though

Well the good thing I now have in my possession my cigars, though I'm always concerned when an envelope is marked fragile, I have not yet opened the parcel but it does not feel damaged lol. Now just need the afternoon to speed by now.

Cohiba minis are good for a short quick smoke. Not everyone likes them but they are good with a coffee. Waitrose also do a tubed upman coronas junior. Very nice smoke for about ?6 or ?7.

In terms of the mini's what are these like to smoke, are the nice and I take it they are not the same thing as hamlet mini etc?
