Hello friends, i thought i would just introduce myself to the forum. I have been smoking cigars every now and then over the years but have only just learned how much the relax me and how much i acuatlly enjoy a cigar. Though im only just discovering my errors in actually smoking them. I now feel pretty stupid for all the times i have actually tried to inhale a cigar and wondered why it tasted so bad, i thought this was the norm lol, and how badly i used to light the cigar too, i.e too much so it gets to hot. This really is starting to become a hobby and i had no idea how facinating the whole cigar thing is. I have loved reading how much you all enjoy a good cigar. I have just ordered myself this starter pack http://www.cgarsltd.co.uk/january-sa...rs-p-8205.html is this a good pack to start with? At some point i will invest in a humidor so i can look after my cigars in the best way. This really is a fantastic forum and i look forward to joining in the discussions with you all.

In terms of a humidor, there is/was a 'hand me down' thread for humidors. For people who were getting rid of a small humidor as they moved up. Keep an eye out, I have one I am going to be moving on (hopefully) in the next few weeks.

Thx for the nice welcome. Can't wait to get these cigars tomorrow, my only problem is where to smoke them lol. My missus won't let me smoke in the house, which is fair enough but outside it's so cold, I might just have to brave it. Roll on spring.

I understand your pain mate, in the same boat, we do have an outside/external room where the tumble drier and some gym stuff is but it's exactly perfect, no heating for starters, though I have put a dvd/telly in there to keep me company!
