How to make 500 cigars a day :)

Hi,

I made this video when I was in Dominican Republic in a cigar factory. This guy makes over 500 cigars a day, that's around 50-60 cigars an hour!!! And whilst making them, he smokes around 7 cigars a day!

Great video, I really like this sort of thing, its great to see something being made from scratch and is it me or is this 2 people making the complete cigar. Still 500 cigars in a day is not bad.

I think (and I stand to be corrected) that the usual practice in the Dom. Rep. is for the rollers to work in pairs in this way.
