1) AirSure.

2) Weigh at home before taking to PO. Over 13oz re-pack, you'll most likely need to ditch the video case.

3) East Coast destination NO humi pouches or Bovida. Central and West Coast YES.

4) Packing. Think light, think tight, think small.

5) Think Stamps. Tell the PO your friend is a Stamp Collector and have them use regular stamps instead of one value stamps. Make sure there's room on the parcel.

6) Empty tubos are lighter than a Video case. If you don't have any, sawn lengths of B&Q plastic electrical pipe work just as well.

Yes, you're right Si .... 12oz is the min to get beneath the X-Ray scanner. But packaging adds up surprisingly.
