My favourites are Montecristo No.2. I also find Partagas Serie D No.4 generally goes down well with beginners and hardened smokers alike.

what about a nice box of mote no5 and share them with the friends you cant go wrong and when people dont want to smoke and you have some left. bonus a nice few smokes for yourself

Seeing as youre throwing the party, why dont you make it a BYOC.

That way, you dont go forking out for a box of cigars, to find that half the party dont actually want to smoke, and also everyone brings something they like, and hopefully, an extra for you for throwing the party?
