hey guys is it normal to have head rush from cigars because they make me tired and very light headed which i dont mind but i feel like a big sleep after a cigar.
Ditto on the don't inhale and eat something before hand. Also while it's a great mix, personally I'd avoid coffee at the same time if this is happening.
as above, its just the nicotine.
Nicotine in large quantities, like in a cigar, acts as a depressant, in small quantites it acts as a stimulant.
You could try smaller gauge or shorter cigars, ie smokes that take less time, as they will probably have less effect.

I'd heard it was more to do with the rate of absorption, so the long slow intake from the cigar is relaxing but the short fast from a cigarette is a stimulant, to back this up I guess you could get a large quantity from chaining cigarettes but that wouldn't be very relaxing would it? (not that I'm going to try it to prove it )

Yeah. lol
Im not totally sure to be honest, just the basics I got from looking on the internet.
I know personally though, generally, the bigger the cigar the bigger the 'effect'.
